MICRO™ Cookie Zesty Sorbet

Ingredients:

1 pint Lemon Sorbet

1 jar (5oz) of JK Chocolate's Lemon-Lime Zesties MICRO™ Cookies

Lemon Zest

Lime Zest

Ready Whipped Cream

 

Directions:

1. Serve 1" round balls of lemon sorbet in small cups, freeze.

2. Sprinkle Lemon-Lime Zesties MICRO™ Cookies on top.

3. Add whipped cream.

4. Top off with lemon and lime zest.

Enjoy a yummy and refreshing lemon sorbet with a twist!

MICROCHIP® S'more Ice Cream Pie

S'more Pies

 

Ingredients:

6 mini graham cracker crusts (we like Kebbler's!)

1/2 bag of mini jet-puffed marshmallows

1 jar (11oz) of JK Chocolate's Peanut Butter Gourmet Chocolate Sauce

1 jar (4.75oz) of JK Chocolate's The Original Microchip® Cookies

1 pint of your favorite vanilla ice cream

 

Directions:

1. Spread JK's Peanut Butter Chocolate Sauce on graham cracker crust bottom.

2. Layer with Microchip® Cookies, ice cream, and Microchips®.

3. Top with marshmallows and torch!

Enjoy the most delicious Microchip® S'mores Ice Cream Pie. !!!

JK Chocolate Sauce and Ice Cream Desserts

Our all time go to classic JK dessert, fool proof and crowd pleaser is our delicious Ice Cream Sundae.
Ice Cream Sundae

2-4 T. of your favorite JK Chocolate Sauce
A handful of your favorite JK Microchip Cookie
Your Favorite Ice Cream flavor ( try vanilla, mint chocolate chip, coffee, strawberry,
chocolate)
Whipped Cream
Cherries for topping.
Heat up chocolate sauce for 20 seconds in your microwave. Scoop your ice cream
into your bowl and pour your JK Chocolate Sauce on top with a handful of Microchip
Cookies, a dab of whip cream and cherry on top.
Enjoy!

Ultimate Banana Split

2 ripe bananas, cut lengthwise in half
1/3 cup The Original JK Chocolate Sauce
1/3 cup Caramel with Sea Salt Chocolate Sauce
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
2 scoops strawberry ice cream
2 T. chopped pecans or any other nut
Whipped cream
Cherries for topping

Arrange the bananas in a large serving bowl. Spoon the pineapple in the middle and the 2
chocolate sauces on either side. Top the pineapple with the strawberry ice cream and the
chocolate ice cream with the JK Caramel with Sea Salt and the vanilla ice cream with JK
The Original. Top with whipped cream and garnish with pecans and cherries.
Delicious!!!

Ice Cream Balls

Scoop out your favorite Ice Cream and roll in favorite chopped nuts or coconut. Place on
flat plate lined with parchment paper and place in freezer until ready to serve with your
favorite JK Chocolate Sauce. Pecans are always a winner in our homes.

Enjoy green tea ice cream rolled in crushed chocolate wafers topped with JK Triple
Peppermint for a decadent minty dessert.

In a hurry? Try these quick and easy JK Serving Ideas!

Dip grapes in your favorite JK Chocolate Sauce flavor and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in freezer for 1 hour. The crunch of the grape and the gooeyness of the chocolate makes this a refreshing fun dessert.

Grab your fondue pot or enamel dish and place your favorite JK Chocolate Sauce in and heat up for a fabulous fondue dessert dip! Enjoy with fresh strawberries, pineapple, mango and papaya and any favorite fruit, nuts or pound cake. Use wooden or metal skewers to dip. Truly divine!

JK Loves: splash a tablespoon or two of Grand Marnier or your favorite liqueur to JK Original Chocolate Sauce, whisk until completely blended.

Every Day Sundaes! 

Hot Fudge Brownie Sundaes

Place large brownie squares on each plate or bowl. Top with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle your favorite warm JK Chocolate Sauce over top. Serve immediately.

Warm Pear Sundaes

Peel 2-3 firm ripe pears , cut in half lengthwise, and core. Put in cold water with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Place in a medium saucepan, ½ cup sugar, 1cup water, and 1 vanilla bean split, (if available). Simmer gently over medium low heat until sugar dissolves. Add pears (see JK Loves below) and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Take off heat and cool for 20 minutes. Can store in refrigerator until ready to use or serve immediately with vanilla ice cream and warmed JK Original or Caramel with Sea Salt Chocolate Sauce.

JK Loves: Add ¼ cup dried cranberries or cherries to the pears for an added treat.

Berry Berry Sundaes

Slice your favorite pound cake (can use store bought or homemade) place on each plate or bowl. Top with your favorite fruit ice cream (i.e. strawberry, raspberry, or mixed berry) or vanilla ice cream. Top with fresh seasonal berries. Drizzle with JK Ahhhh Raspberry, The Original, or Caramel with Sea Salt Chocolate Sauce.

Kahlua Espresso Sundaes

Scoop coffee ice cream into serving bowls. Pour 2 tablespoons of Kahlua liqueur over ice cream. Drizzle JK Sooo Espresso Chocolate sauce on top.

Raspberry Peach Sundaes

In a bowl place half of a peeled, pitted peach (or canned peach halves). Mound vanilla, peach, or raspberry ice cream in the middle of each peach half. Drizzle with JK Ahhhh Raspberry Chocolate Sauce. Top with fresh raspberries.

Cinnamon Tortilla Sundaes with mint mango salsa

(adapted from Pam Anderson’s “Perfect Recipes For Having People Over”.)

Heat oil in a medium-large skillet over medium-high heat (350*). Drop corn tortillas individually into hot oil & fry, turning once, until golden
brown, about 2 minutes. Remove with tongs & set on a large wire rack. Sprinkle generously on both sides with cinnamon sugar.

Place one tortilla on each serving plate Top with 3 small scoops of assorted sorbets and/or ice creams (try raspberry, peach, vanilla). Sprinkle
with Pam Anderson’s minted mango salsa and drizzle with JK Triple Peppermint,The Original, or Caramel with Sea Salt Chocolate Sauce.

JK LovesMint Mango Salsa

1 small mango, diced

1/2 Granny Smith Apple

1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh mint

1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice

1 1/2 tsp. Minced fresh ginger,

2 Tbsp. orange marmalade.

Peeled & diced, 4 large strawberries, diced, 1 1/2

Crispy Cinnamon Cup Ice Cream Sundaes

(Another recipe adapted from Pam Anderson.)

Lay egg roll wrappers on counter & brush both sides with 3 Tbl. Melted butter. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over top. Drape,sugared side up, over upside down, small individual foil pie pans, (that have been placed on a large cookie sheet). Bake in 350* oven until crispy.

Place each crispy cup on a serving plate & fill with scoops of your favorite ice creams and/ or sorbets. Try raspberry and chocolate with fresh raspberries and Drizzle with JK Raspberry Chocolate Sauce. Or green tea ice cream with chopped pistachios and drizzle JK The Original Chocolate Sauce on top. Or try mint chocolate chip ice cream and drizzle with JK Triple Peppermint Chocolate Sauce.

Peanut Butter & Caramelized Banana Chocolate Sundaes

Peel firm, ripe bananas, cut in half lengthwise, toss in 2 Tabl. Unsalted, melted butter & 2 Tabl. Brown sugar (or sugar) mixture. Grill ( over
medium fire & clean grill rack, turning once), or broil in oven, about 5 min. Warm JK Peanut Butter Chocolate Sauce in microwave or in double boiler  (over simmering water). Put scoops of vanilla ice cream in a serving bowl. Top with hot, grilled bananas, Drizzle with chocolate sauce.

JK Loves the caramelized bananas with a splash of rum or liqueur and drizzled with JK The Original or JK Caramel with sea salt Chocolate Sauce on top.

Sautéed Caramel Apples Sundaes

Inspired by Diane Worthington’s Seriously Simple, Easy Recipes for Creative Cooks

In a large skillet, melt 2 Tabl. Unsalted butter over medium high heat. Add 4 peeled, cores, sliced apples & sauté 10 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 tsp. Sugar (can add cinnamon & brown sugar) & cook 3-4 minutes more. Scoop vanilla ice cream into serving bowls. Spoon warm apples over ice cream. Drizzle warm JK caramel with sea salt chocolate sauce and chopped nuts (optional) on top.

JK Loves to occasionally substitute Bartlett pears for apples when they’re in season.

Caramel Cappuccino Sundaes

In serving bowls, top coffee ice cream with whipped cream & chopped toasted walnuts or pecans, and drizzle JK Caramel with Sea Salt Chocolate Sauce on top.

Jamaican Java Sundaes

Add a couple of Tabl. Of dark rum to JK The Original or JK Sooo Espresso Chocolate Sauce. Drizzle over coffee and/ or vanilla ice cream scoops in serving bowls.
